At home

Just a snapshot of some of the stuff we do at home... mind you, we don't usually have dozens of boxes just kicking around...
Guess who made the cool lunches... it wasn't me, I'm too linear...

More leaves

I think that Autumn is my favorite season. The crisp cold smell of dew in the morning, the faint smell of burning wood and the colors, Oh the colors of the the leaves. God truly is an artist. I also enjoy the crunch of dried leaves under my feet. I was feeling kind of nostalgic about our old yard today and wanted to remember how beautiful it was. We raked up a huge pile of leaves, and when I say "we" I mean me... After a blister and two sweeties telling me to get "MORE", there was a substantial pile... to jump in. I think between Stew and I we took over 50 pictures. Thank goodness for digital cameras...

First Days of Pre school

Miss Madeline ready for her 1st day of Pre-school- ALL smiles!

Yes, Madeline- OUR Madeline- is ASLEEP!! in my arms

Preschool (also known as "prayschool"- by Madeline and "pee-sa-coo"- by Jenna) has been quite a wonderful little journey for Madeline. She has loved it so much and it has been really great for her too. She is really starting to calm herself at home now that she has an avenue to exercise her spiritedness and also a great social environment for her, our little extrovert. She has started to gain some little friends and she is already asking if one in particular can come to her birthday party... it's a BOY!!!! Does this really happen this early???? Yaw is a nice little guy. I just spoke with his mom today and she said that he talks about Madeline at home all the time too... oh my.

The last picture was on a field trip to the "rain forest". They were learning about the different layers of the rain forest and all the animals that live there too.
I unfortunately have now missed the first day of school and the field trip due to work, but Stew was able to go and take pictures for me.

Anyway,

more to come...
